suntorytime,
either you  post some links to those "many Japanese fans" or you stop here. Because a) if you're right, then you're right. b) if you're lying, well then I guess you're lying. We have no way of telling which is the case, no matter how much you insist.
So far, you've been the only one posting about this and (as usual) half the net is copying from here.

Please everyone, wait for a confirmation by somebody with more credibility than a six-posts-and-counting member (no insult intended) to confirm this before you have heartattacks or call your grandma.

The guys on ROV have been copying the updates from here. After that, I don't know who copied what from where cause people have a habit of not putting a note when they do so.

Dreamline was at the show and he was sending his own updates as well, I believe.

It doesn't really matter - all that does is that Don't Cry was played! peace

Yeah, it's true. I was there tonight and saw it. I don't remember them doing an encore as such, they just went straight into Madagascar and PC from what I remember, but then I'd been drinking all afternoon so my brain isn't all that reliable. Then Bumblefoot came out, and Axl said something like "We don't really know what we're doing here!", had a word in Bumblefoot's ear to get him to give him some time, or let him know he was going to sing, and then did so. I don't know about him crying, but I was front row and getting into it myself so I wasn't looking at him much at that point, but he seemed in great spirits the whole night, lots of smiles. Beta and the kids were dancing stage left towards the end, reminded me of the dancers for Wild Stallyan!

I've just come back from the show.

At the begining, Axl looked a bit nervous but eventually looked like really enjoying the show.

He really did Don't Cry as an unexpected second encore after some fans left. It was an amazing moment and it is true that he sang it really emotionally (it was the best song for me today), but I did not realise he was crying. ?

I think other members were also really excited at the show. Robin even dived into the crowd. Richard also looked really excited.

Great. Maybe the axl crtying bit was just my friend thought so because he was crying....
as a biggest fan of the current band  in japan, I can't feel better to hear that.

It seems pretty confirmed that Axl actually came back on stage after Paradise City and sang Don't Cry but what else do we know about the performance.  Did only Ron play or did the full band play the song?
