Between employer and employee.  Firing was the only option for future business practices.

Axl can be filmed by any guest in the hotel and he's aware of it.  Probably doesn't matter to him that she did it.  If it did, he would have stayed on the plane.

She really left the employer no option but to fire her.  Even if GNR asked, the employer would have to say no to save their reputation and that of other places.

Yeah it's not a crime but imagine if your police department shared photos of something private to you.  Or your airline steward filmed you sleeping during your flight.

I get what you’re saying but I’m sure when she was hired it was mentioned to her not to film people. At that point she violated the employment agreement.
