Really it's Guadalajara. I would think comfortable weather if you're running around on a stage and the equipment is throwing off heat, minor chance of rain. Start time 9:00.
I asked google if they have good internet service down there. The basic answer was, they have many providers. Not sure what that means about streams but one can hope.
