Had a great night last night in Gothenburg. The place wasn't even close to being full, but that didn't stop the band from kicking ass.

Gonna post some pics and more soon.....

Not the whole band. We met Keri before the show in a pub and Steven after the show.

After that, we went back to the pub with Keri and stayed there until it closed.

Will post more about it and pics from the show when I'm less tired.  Embarrassed

Wow it looks like a pretty big venue! What's the capacity of that place?

Yeah, I'm sure we will...

It was so funny when you called Jarmo on his mobile to check that everything was ok and we were with Keri...  Grin

This is basically what happened that day:

We were walking around the city and went to check out the venue. On the way back, Graciela asked if I knew a bar we could go to since it was a bit cold outside. I remembered that we had passed some bars on the way, so we ended up going to this Irish pub quite close to the venue.

We were waiting for a friend of mine to come pick us up before the show and all of a sudden Keri shows up with a photographer (I can't remember his name). I went and talked to him. He recognized me, because somebody had mentioned to him that I was going to the Gothenburg show... He also knew about the site because if you do a search for Adler's Appetite on Google, it shows up quite high.  Wink

Christos calls me and I tell him "Yeah, we're at a bar and Keri's here". They ended up talking for a bit.

We had a few beers and went to my friend's place to drop off our stuff before the show. Eventually we got to the venue and went inside. Had a few drinks, watched the opening act, waited, Adler's Appetite came on and kicked ass.

All three of us were standing on the right side of the stage and since I had my camera with me, I decided to use it. You can see the results above.

I don't remember the setlist, I know they did most of AFD plus "Civil War" and a few from Lies.

After the show I met a guy from the AA forum who recognized my t-shirt. He actually lives in the same town as I do...  hihi Then we got to go upstairs to hang out with Keri again. Had more beers and then Keri wanted to go back to that Irish place, so off we went. They closed the place at 3am so we went back to my friend's place....

Damn, that was funny. I ended up talking to Keri again... He is a really nice guy.

And I think that the "official adler's appetite's pics" don't do him justice.

Anyway, I gotta write my review from the Greece tour... And I got some cool pictures from the Parthenon too...

Oh, another thing. There was no signing in Gothenburg. Probably because they had sold out most of the merchandise before this show. There were only a t-shirt and a photo on sale as far as I remember.

No cds....
