Maybe I'll get it right next time

Just wondering if anyone has found a nice display case for a microphone.  I tried looking online, but keep getting storage cases and not display cases.  I can have one custom built, but it seams as though I should be able to find one somewhere.

Also I have heard that the sponge deteriorates.  Are people leaving it on, or removing them?  Looking for thoughts on that as well.

I don't have one personally (mic or case) but I'd bet your sponge will be fine just left on man. As long as it's only gonna be stored and not handled a lot I don't think you'd have a problem.
