I don't think there's some kind of master plan. If you go to gunsnroses.com, that DJ pic is the first one you'll see.

I suspect somebody at the radio station went to the site, grabbed the first pic they saw and made that ad.

and i understood just now that that big announcement wasn't about GN'R because the Montreal show is going to happen, and you can win tickets for that show the whole week before the tickets go on sale saturday.
