If a thread is important, such as the "trades list" in AFC, or whatever.. the moderators will move it up there. It's basically like a "sticky" to keep it at the top.

maybe it deseves to be up there on the fun n games section.. but there are always people posting in it so there is no need to have it as a important if you get what i mean
'cause it's always among the top 5 in the "normal topic section"
but i don't care if it is a important or normal.. so ask a mod about it
