Theres an Axl Rose impersonator called "Asshole Rose" playing Howiewood Squares as a contestant.  Howard calls him "Axl," the guy says "Actually they call me 'Asshole'"...Artie Lange says "...Just like the real guy."  Throughout the show before answering questions, the impersonator said "Before I go, Id like to say that Scott Weiland sucks" and Howard says "In true Axl Rose fashion..."  The impersonator also says "Velvet Revolver doesnt have a chance in hell of finishing their tour".  He wound up winning the money.

I heard bits and pieces of the game on my way into work this morning. Asshole Rose kept plugging a web site but I couldn't hear it, what was it? Also is he a Vegas preformer? I'd love to see an Axl impersonator while I'm in Vegas this summer.

I thought this was extremely funny. I am tired as shit from the Lakers game (yea, I was there...and no I didn't see Asshole er, you know what I mean, there), and on the way to work I was laughing really hard in my car. Probably looked like a nut. Very funny show today. He had the axl jist done pretty good i thought. He was funny.

Actually I met the guy one time in toronto,he sings
with a gn'r tribute band GUNZNFNROSEZ,he's a nice guy,I have pics of him and the band and also a video of the songs they did that night.
And to answer your question agatha;yes he does sound like the real motherfucker when he sings,not when he talks.

I was watching Howard's  E! Show last night which airs on the E! Channel here in the U.S.  Last night's episode was an interview with, and "win a date with" porn star Taylor Rain, cool stuff.  Of GNR note was the advertisement for Wednesday night's show.  Playing Howie-Weird Squares tonight will be none other than Axl Rose Impersonator himself!  11:00 eastern standard time in the States.  Enjoy.
