Saluting Cyndi

The next taping of a "VH1 Classic Decades Rock Live!"episode at the Taj Mahal is set for Nov. 11. That night, '80s pop phenomenon Cyndi Lauper will be paid tribute by a crew of friends including modern-rock stalwart Scott Weiland (Stone Temple Pilots, Velvet Revolver), indie queen Ani DeFranco, reggae star Shaggy and The Hooters, whose co-founders, Rob Hyman and Eric Bazilian, were instrumental (if you will) in the success of Lauper's breakthrough 1984 album, "She's So Unusual."

Show time is 9 p.m. Admission is $100, $80, $60 and $30. For tickets and info, call (609) 449-5150, or go to www.trumptaj.com.

All Through The Nite is a great song, while Girls just wanna have fun isn't. I don't know more songs of that woman. Wonder what'll sing Scott.
