Title: "Spoiler" covers?
Post by: Loaded NightraiN on February 27, 2007, 12:39:10 AM
Is there any chance to add a feature to cover so called "spoilers"?? For such threads as wrestling, upcoming movies, or anything people may not want to get the conclusion ruined??

On another forum they use:
yeah yeah
And the 'yeah yeah' would be covered unless you highlight and drag....

Something to consider for the above mentioned examples!!

I also think this would be a good idea. It's used on many other forums.

Aye, I'm all in favour of it, it's a good idea, but it's up to the J man.

I don't think the SMF board version (1.0.9) used on this board supports the feature. Jarmo will have to upgrade to 1.1RC2

we'd need some sort of notice that there is invisible text there, or else we would get confused.

That ain't how it works, son.

Usually it will look something like this:

Quote

But rather than 'quote' it will say 'spoiler'. On some boards the text is just blocked over so you can't see it unless you highlight it. Something along those lines.

Do ye ken?
