go there, put in the URL for the YouTube video.

rip the video into .FLV file then download GOLDWAVE, its free and legal, put video in there (it'll appear as audio) save as mp3.

If im not wrong, Goldwave has an evaluation period and then dies.

Try this, its FREEWARE, fully functionaly forever (can be updated regularly) and converts EVERYTHING into EVERYTHING.

oh okay didn't know about that one.

but i've had goldwave forever, and the evaluation period ran up and it just keeps working for me?
