hello guys

looks like guns n' roses is rumoured to play the graspop metal meeting festival in dessel, belgium.
the rumor is on www.festivalitisbelgium.be (search graspop metal meeting in 'festivals' and click on 'program') !
festivalitisbelgium is a reliable source ! last year they had 75 % of the bands that actualy played at rock werchter months before they were confirmed ! so yeah lets hope i guess? Tongue

iron maiden and grave digger are already confirmed at graspop...it's a metal and hard rock festival over 3 days and this year it takes place 24-25-26 june, behind rock werchter and pukkelpop(gn'r played there in 2002) it's the 3rd biggest festival of belgium

bye? peace

I emailed Graspop in November (as part of a rumourboard enquiry) asking them about this rumour. The festival organiser, Peter Van Geel, told me that they made an offer to Axl but at the time he had not replied. The festival organiser also informed me that he was told that Guns n Roses had not made up their mind as to whether they were going to tour Europe in the the summer 2005.

I imagine this is where the rumour came from.

Although he did spell Axl as Axel in the email!
