Wouldn't it be the smartest thing to tell everyone why they got it? I think it comes back as your problem if the person continues to make the same mistake unknowingly? Or when someone just happens to get a minus without a reason and keeps thinking why he/she got it? (ie. EFISH)

Now then, im sure there is a rules section somewhere...
