If Brady's ankle was serious I don't think he would have continued to play. It got hurt in second quarter and played the rest of the game so I think its  ok.

My picks were pretty crappy. I had Cowboys, Packers, Seahawks, Bucs, Pats, Colts, Chiefs, and Ravens as Division Winners. With the wild card teams being Vikings, Giants, Broncos and Bengals. At least my AFC Championship prediction of Pats v. Chiefs is still alive. NFC Championship not so much as I had Cowboys beating packers.  hihi

For Play-offs this week I'm taking Chiefs, Bengals, Seahawks and Redskins. Who you got?

I'm thinking...

Giants
Seahawks
Packers
Saints

WC: Cardinals, Lions

Patriots
Broncos
Steelers
Colts

WC: Ravens, Dolphins

This weekend I like the Chiefs, Steelers, Seahawks and Redskins.

I really like the Texans at home getting points this weekend.

Don't trust Andy Reid in these games and I just think that texan defense is flying right now.

Way to blow it. How much can you suck.

Blair Walsh in ten years:

But to be honest, Walsh was pretty much the reason the Vikes even had a chance. I'm looking more at Bridgewater and AP for their mistakes. But blaiming won't make it any better and I believe that Vikings will only keep on improving, they have a solid foundation and this season, in my opinion, can be seen as a successful one. Just a bitter ending!

Ouch that was a rough one for the purple people eaters....those really sting.

Seattle has won some miracle play off games two years in a row now...

I really nailed that texans pick.  Grin

Pats over Chiefs.

Though it would be pretty cool to see this other way around Wink But if I'd have to make a bet on it...

Rams relocated to LA: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000621645/article/expectation-is-owners-to-award-rams-inglewood-site?campaign=fb-nf-sf18682475-sf18682475

Very sad for St. Louis but good for LA, considering the Rams played in LA for almost 50 years, and at least they should have many fans waiting for them. But this whole relocating show is something I will never get, at all. And I don't take "it's business" as an explanation Tongue

Only one of those picks i am unsure of is New England. They will be healthy finally but you have to wonder how rusty those players coming back will be.

Their Defense has been playing off and on, so I don't see rust there. If Maclin is out or limited I can not see KC scoring much on NE... and Brady isn't going to gift them the turnovers they got from Houston. The defense will keep it close and it will take a quarter or two for Julian Edelman to get up to game speed... once that happens, Brady is getting the ball kurt in under two seconds and finally LaFell is where he belongs (the 5th option) behind Edelman, Gronk, White, Amendola, then finally LaFell.

I am by no means calling for a blowout, this is a close game and I see NE having the better QB/Head Coach combo and more experience in this moment which helps them in the end.

If Brown plays for Pitt and Big Ben is remotely healthy I see Manning doing what Manning does... crapping his pants in the playoffs. He is one and done 9 times, this would be the 10th... he's only played a second game 5 times.

The Pats may now have a bigger problem. Reports are surfacing that Chandler Jones was admitted to the hospitalized after a bad reaction to marijuana.

He was released later the same day(Sunday) and has been practicing all week. If it was marijuana, there is no suspension for first time offense instead he has to enter the league substance abuse program. Shouldn't dramatically effect his play or availability.

It was apparently synthetic marijuana. Either way not the most brilliant idea just days away from a very big game.

Oh, in that case he's just an idiot. Won't get cited in Mass. so probably won't get in trouble by the NFL since according to the Globe the agreements with Labor for any potential punishment are for if he gets cited. Which he hasn't and it doesn't look that's happening since there is legal synthetic marijuana available.
