I'm bored at the moment just thought if you had to choose from 14 songs to put on the Greatest Hits what would you pick...
1. Welcome To The Jungle 2. Sweet Child O' Mine 3. Nightrain 4. Mr Brownstone 5. Paradise City 6. Patience 7. Don't Cry 8. November Rain 9. Live And Let Die 10. Knockin' On Heavens Door 11. You Could Be Mine 12. Yesterdays 13. Estranged 14. Since I Dont Have You
Remember think about some young people would buy this so choose what you think would go down well.

:peace:Hey Guys!! Well, I don`t have the greatest hits and refuse ti buy it! I have all their records and plus some cds live, non-officials (which I love!!) I rather have the Live Era cd, which is more cheerful and melancholic!

I think these kids need to go and buy each fuckin' GNR album- stick them on their scrawny cd players and then get blown away to what REAL music is! There are toooooooooo many kids out there who haven't a clue- what REAL MUSIC is! I think Ain't It Fun shouldn't of been cut out! C***Suckers! EVERY GNR song tells us a bit more about GNR! So EVERY GNR song should hit the GH! Not that the GH should of been released like but still... i got it to complete my collection! I was pleased about one thing though- Sympathy For The Devil was on! Great Classic track! On the live era- i think they should of had a WIDER range of the best GNR songs- i'm sure November Rain or KOHD (etc.) on Live Era was played at it best at some point in the history of GNR, and those really good performances should of made the cd! I would of loved to have ATTITUDE on the live era! Cos that live- KICKS! I'm pleased they put Dust N' Bones on! However we can't complain about these cds because we can't change 'em! OIAM on GH= not a good idea! You know the stick it got- only us REAL fans deserve to listen to that AMAZING song!

Well, I don`t have the greatest hits and refuse ti buy it!
Same here. I just burned my own CD with the songs I want on it. Who wants to buy Geffen's shitty excuse for a hits record just to stuff more GN'R fan money in their pockets?

Max of 20 songs btw... 1) Welcome To The Jungle 2) Sweet Child O' Mine 3) It's So Easy 4) My Michelle 5) Paradise City 6) Rocket Queen 7) Patience Right Next Door To Hell(Most Underrated GN'R song IMO) 9) November Rain 10) Don't Cry(Original) 11) Don't Damn Me 12) Nightrain 13) Back Off Bitch 14) You Could Be Mine 15) Knockin' On Heaven's Door 16) Madagascar 17) Civil War 18) Garden Of Eden 19) Ain't It Fun 20) Live And Let Die And I would have Packaged it with a Bonus DVD featuring all of the Music Video's GN'R's ever created, including The unreleased It's So Easy.

I think GH should have been something that tells people what GN'R was, an album that tells the story of the band and the bandmembers. It includes the most important and best moments. These are not necessarly my favourite tracks, but IMO the mile stones in GN'R's history. My tracklist:
1. Welcome to the Jungle 2. Mr. Brownstone 3. Sweet Child O' Mine 4. Reckless Life 5. Rocket Queen 6. Knockin' On Heaven's Door (an early live performance) 7. Paradise City 8. One In A Million(!) 9. Civil War 10. You Could Be Mine 11. November Rain 12. 14 Years 13. Pretty Tied Up 14. Coma 15. Sympathy For The Devil
Damn, it's probably too long for one cd...

I would have like to have seen Live and Let Die, Bad Obsession and maybe The Garden on the Live Era album.? While on the subject of the Live Era album, don't you think some of the tracks sound like they were taken from the Use Your Illusion I & II DVDs eg. Move To The City.

I know theres already a topic similar to this one, but I wanted to know, what tracks do u think were missed off the Live Era album.? The tracks that stand out to me are Coma, Civil War, Bad Obsession & the Godfather Theme.? I was wondering if u guys thought the same or had any more suggestions for tracks that should have been on the album.
