Slash tweeted this out a few hours ago.  Song sounds pretty cool.

Check out the song ?So Long Sin City? that Slash composed with Mark Lanegan for the film, This Is Not A Movie (2011), directed by Olalla Rubio, and starring Edward Furlong, Peter Coyote, Miguel Ferrer, and more

Good song
If Slash got rid of Kennedy and replaced him with Lanegan, I've might actually begin to dig his stuff  Smiley

But Lanegan stands very well on his own though  yes

I had been waiting for this collaboration for a while.
Seems Lanegan can adapt to just about any style he chooses.
I've always thought Cornell and Lanegan were Slash's best options if available, but I'd prefer Cornell where he belongs with Soundgarden.
Unless Mark is planning on teaming up with Mike Johnson again, I'd love to hear what him and Slash could do for an entire album.

Good tune, but the vocals sound restrained.
