Title: CD Delay Explanation
Post by: phi_kai_phi on April 13, 2006, 10:16:32 PM
Hmmmm..... Well it seems like the fans have heard quite a lot of music from CD.  The music from 2001, the leaked tracks, and now a tour, maybe revealing even more tracks.  Soon enough it may be so that there won't be much or anything that the fans won't have already heard.

Most people who think they know axl will agree that he is probably very, very nervous about how his album will be recieved.  Perhaps if he allowed people to unofficially hear the music before hand to anyone that cared (although his management acts upset about the leaks), then once the album comes out there will be no shock.  No disappointment if the album isn't what everyone was waiting for.

Do you think letting everyone slowly hear the music first is axl's subconscious or conscious defense mechanism against people getting real upset at how the album turns out?
