I bought 2 floor tickets for oakland yesterday through gunsnroses.com and tickets.com. They have charged my account multiple times, causing it to overdraft, and I can't get anyone from tickets.com to pick up the damn phone. Anyone else had anything similar?

No but I had problems with ticketmaster.  Each time I went to purchase tickest my time was up.  BS.  And then my security code on my credit card was invalid.  It went through eventually.  Don't get me started on the surcharges.  F ticketmaster, you lousy bastrards.
