Velvet Revolver t-shirts sold in Belks?

My brother says he bought a Velvet Revolver shirt at a local Belks shopping store at the mall.  Probably not that important.  I just thought that was alittle strange to find their T-shirts at Belks.  They were cheap around eleven or twelve bucks from what he said.
