no, they're the same company, but SIC is the main channel, the public one. Sic Radical is from their cable network that targets younger audiences.
they also have a comedy, woman and a news channel.

They are now waiting to get my ticket back undelivered... They actually called me a couple of weeks ago and told me not to worry, that they knew I had paid for the ticket and advising me not to buy another one... We'll see...
