Friday the 17th a mail was sent to my mail (
yajavive@yahoo.com
) and was sent by admin@heretodaygonetohell.com; any ideas?

I get those as well from different people.
Sometimes from myself.
The viruses take addresses from the infected computer's address book. It puts one in the To: field and one in the From: field. So when it says it was from me, it probably wasn't.
Don't open any attachments unless you're 100% sure it's safe.

You might have a virus if you opened the e-mail so do a virus scan to be sure.
Usually you get the virus e-mails from somebody who's gotten e-mail from you at some point.
