  Just know you have thousands of people out there who send their best wishes in this trying time.  I am consistently blown away by your amazing openness with the fans of GNR.
I'm going to bet your dad played a part in that.  He's gotta be proud of you.  Our thoughts are with the Thals!!!  Keep rockin'!   Cool

And I gotta say, for the loudmouth's in the show's thread, swallow your words and offer up an apology. Couple so-called "fans" looked pretty damn shallow in there...

Having witnessed my own father going through various health problems, I sympathize the pain and worry Ron and his family are experiencing right now.

I am taking his dad is having some health issues?

Ron, I hope for the best for you man... hope you can get through this OK.

As a kid (and I am still a kid) I've gone through stuff like this with my dad.. I also witnessed my grandfather have heart failure at Thanksgiving dinner. It's very painful.

My wishes and prayers go out to you man! Stay strong!

I been on kinda a hiatus from posting but this is as good of a situation as any to get back to it.

Ron i hope your dads ok and everything works out for you.  I love you in GNR your a great fit and its a damn shame people complained about you before they knew the situation.  Best of wishes and the fans are pulling for you and your dad.

ah,ive just read that Rons dad had a heart attack,its a tough time when a parent has their first heart attack as its usually a new situation to be put in for all the family.its also a hard time for everyone close to you.my dad (his names Ron funnily enough Smiley ) had his first heart attack last year and it was a horrible and nervey time,not knowing if it was gonna happen again or not.but things have come a long way with the health service regarding heart diseases so im pretty confident that if Rons dad is in good care then he,ll be fine.so dont worry too much Ron,everyones behind you and your dad  ok
