i am so psyched for this show. after seeing them in November, i figured it might be a while before they are back. and now they are coming to a small venue!  ok

is this Gnr's first time playing AC??? i know they joined the Stones on stage a few nights, but i cannot remember a show as headliners or openers.

Tix are $75 and $125.

$75 for a show like this is a steal! i think the cheaper seats are usually the GA at this venue, but i'm not 100% sure that is the case for every show. i'm hoping it is cause i'm planning on getting GA.

anyone know how many people this place holds?

I'm debating grabbing the VIP silver package...am I correct in assuming the only advantage is that I get the lithograph and guaranteed tickets to the show?
Any thoughts out there?

as far as I know that is true.  I did the silver package for Webster Hall but that was only because that was a much harder ticket to get.  If you try to buy these as soon as they go on sale you should be fine.  Thats what I am planning to do.

that's what i was thinking. i don't think this will be an instant sell-out like the NY shows. although i did hear them talking about the show on WMMR last night and saying how great it is that they are playing such a small venue. but i think anyone that tries right at 10 should be ok.

Awesome! maybe we can pick a bar for everyone to meet at before the show. i'm still asking around but may be heading to this show solo. most of my friends saw gnr in november, and going to AC is a bit of a hassle. i'll probably just head down early and my "pre-show" will consist of poker and then the bar.

yes, i'm a huge philly sports fan. that's cool you have season tix. i had a 17-game plan but gave it up in 2008 (some timing!). with this spring-like weather we've been having, i'm getting really pumped for the phils.

So I understand correctly there is no presale  for today of regular tickets, only VIP packages?

Also what is better GA or the balcony?  I have never been here before.  I watched videos on you tube to try and get an idea. It seems if your are in the balcony it is ok as long as you are in the first couple of rows.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I've got my crew's tickets!
My heart can't take the thought of missing this show, so we snagged the VIP tix.
I'll be up with my bro-in-law and two buds.
I'm looking forward to meeting up with ya'll before the show.
Kicking back a few drinks would be great.

I am on cloud 9!   peace

i don't see it mentioned and i don't want to waste time looking for it at 10AM when i am ordering the tix.

i got 3 GA tix! can't wait. total cost was about $260. that's less than $90 per ticket to see the best live show in a tiny venue. awesome deal!

seats 2300, thats including the balcony. thats only 1100 more than the troc in philly. and since its standing room, its basically like seeing guns in a high school auditorium.

this is fantastic, cause minutes after the november show, i got the fear. you know, the fear all guns fans get after a show, when they feel like the last show they saw will be the last show they ever see.

now, I've fought off the post show fear until nov 25. but its replaces with the pre show fear. ha.
