and considering TEQUILA.....U prolly wont believe me, but....I have a friend who is a fan of this song (UTLH). and one day we had a party with tequila...and suddenly this came to my mind...I used to love her but i had tequila...and needless to say after that we had much more fun

yeah, when i first heard nightrain i thought i went like this:
wake up late, honey put on your clothes and take your wedding gown
to the liquor store...", but when i read the lyrics it was credit card instead of
wedding gown.

and instead of "bottoms up" i thought i heard "my bottom's shut".
and in "down here on the farm" instead of "blue skies and swimming pools add somuch charm" i heard "blues skies and swimming pools and somuch job" so it didn't make sense when he said "but i'd rather be back in soho than down here on the farm."
