thats a cool story.  nice of axl to pose for the pic. I wish the dude would elaborate more on each comment he made. 

I bet Axl could entertain a room for hours.  The guy must have tons of amazing rock stories.  Be awesome if in addition to CD, he was writing a book on his life this whole time.  An autobiography, new album and a tour....what a hat trick that would be.

Maybe in the past he didn't seem to some people a nice guy even if he wanted to be and even when he really was.

Maybe it's just me, but I am SHOCKED at the way Axl is coming across since January... so down to earth... eager to talk... comfortable in his own skin... and as someone who has finally extricated himself from the madness/chaos of the UYI (the insanse success, break-up of the band, break-up with Stephanie, etc.) era... Axl would never have had 5 minutes for a peon (no offense dude) like that back in the day... or even in '02.

Methinks he's confident as HELL in CD and his new band... the way he looks... and.... just a guess... I think he's in love... or maybe just psyched about all the Frauen he's going "gruessen" in the next several months. hihi

The absence of Earl (who was notorious for throwing cold water on any interaction with Axl) is noticable too... I wonder if someone took his place.

weren`t there rumours ( hihi) that he`s tommy lee`s new bodyguard?   btw, i think he`s still axl`s bodyguard and close friend....
