My 4th GNR show for this tour. Very excited for tonight. Phoenix has been a blast for me so far today and Guns will shake the city up. Anyone else going to tonight's show?

Think it's Axl's first time playing Phoenix with the new band? Wonder if he talks about his arrest in the Phoenix Airport? Would be great to get that as an intro into "Out Ta Get Me."

I just got home....the set list was the exact same as LA but before Knockin' On Heaven's Door, Bubbles from the Trailer Park Boys came out and they did "Liquor and Whores"

Now as for the show....oh my god.  It was fucking amazing.  The band sounded awesome but most importantly, Axl sounded amazing.   After watching vids and hearing bootlegs from other shows, I was worried but I think tonight was the best Axl has sounded all tour.   They went on at 11:03 and finished around 2:15....just freaking amazing.  Axl said hi to the crowd and during Nightrain a fan jumped on stage, tried to hug Axl but Axl threw him off, the fan then hugged Ron and got destroyed by two stagehands.  Axl said something to the fan and crowd but I couldn't make it out over the music...He then composed himself and went right back into the song.  Just awesome!

I only caught the last 3 songs of Sebastian Bach and he sounded awesome too.  My only "complaint" for the show is the tour shirts didn't have the AZ date on them, so I didn't buy one.  Also the band jams and solos tend to get a little old, although they are good, but understandable given it gives time for Axl to recoup.  Just an amazing night and show!

I would post pics/vids but they didn't turn out great on my phone.

Spectacular show last night!! I think the venue was the perfect size too. Met Fernando but didnt ask for a after show pass like i should have. Next time. Seeing Bubbles was cool. This tour is just great on all levels. I really hope they do another next year. More intimate smaller shows along with big arena ones.

So awesome. Only thing is, is that I wish Axl would shake things up a bit with the setlist. I know the shit sounds petty with them doing 3 hour shows... and its really kind of lame to complain. I guess its just kind of a dream to be able to hear TWAT and If The World live which I am just really hoping they will do on New Year's.

Wow, Axl was really nice to that guy! Heartwarming love Too bad the press stills focus on the wrong things. Theyre never ever gonna write when he is really realy nice. I guess it sells a lot more to write about rants, riots or whatever
