Here's a tip. Get the original logo. Much cooler looking with just the roses and guns and then you don't need any letters around it for people to know what it means.

Bull horns?  It is wheat.  The center is a scroll/banner with two chinese characters on it...I believe it says 'Chinese Democracy'.
