I would applaud him! beer Bob Dylan had a huge born again phase. Unfortunately, the music wasn't very good but the lyrics were.

Well, If he would turn his life back to christ, Good for him, maybe that would create and aproachment among the guys, -- Slash, duff, izzy, steven -- but certainly his lyrics and music would change...

I'm not adding a lot to the topic, but I'd be very happy for him. Hopefully it'd make him happier. And on a side note, I'm sure it'd make for interesting music. Not every Christian musician does stereotypical Christian music. Think less Stryper and more Johnny Cash. Axl could probably do something like that.

I really don't give a shit what his religious beliefs are.  I'm a fan of Dave Mustaine, who's a pretty devout Christian, and Jimmy Page, who was at once into Satanism.  I'm down with the former, but it really doesn't matter.

As some would say "born again".

Obviously Christ is always on his mind. His love of the cross.

What would you say as a fan?

Would you support his decision to let go of the past and start a new path?

All Axl's fans know a little about his youth in Indiana. His troubles?

JC's love is forever. Only our human environment causes us pain.

Just a thought.

I would be truly upset.  Born again Christians are some of the most self-richeous and hypocritical berkshire hunts around

But it will never happen.

I thought he was into Buddhism or something. Tongue
I wouldn't mind either way, unless he starts to preach.

Why should religion matter if we like Axls music or not?

Before all my posts about subjective matters there should be an IMO before the post. I took this sig down but of course it has to go back up.

I don't know, Cartman tired it (Christ +1) and it didn't really work out.

He wouldn't be turning his life BACK to christ

he was LED INTO BY HIS FAMILY AND SCHOOL WHEN HE WAS YOUNG, and then at first chance, HE RAN AWAY from it

like most of us did when we woke up.

Axl turning to Christianity?  Hmmm... Sure, I can see Axl performing the Christian classic "Silkworms" on TBN. Roll Eyes

My bad.  He did buy Allister Crowley's house though.  I'm not trying to say Jimmy Page is evil or anything like that.  I'm just saying I don't care what my favorite musicians believe in, as long as they keep putting out good music.
