Today saw the entire sacking of all the england rugby coaching staff.

I'm not involved in rugby anymore but even i know that with the retirments and blooding new players in it's at least gonna take 10 years b4 they have a potentially world conquring team.

Sometimes i wounder if the rfu or even the FA realise this, they just want instance sucess.
No teams rules forever, i think the RFU need to learn this saying " what goes up, must come down"
