Finally a normal thing after 30 years, not bad. Nice video it gives recognition to all the band members.

The video must only have been made in the last few weeks. There's a lot of footage from Glastonbury and Hyde Park.

Great song,  best of the three so far, didn’t expect the video, which is great, and probably why they delayed a week.

The mix on the song is questionable. The piano, vocals and lead guitar get a little buried in there, but still enjoyed it.

I'm glad they're reworking and putting out the leftover CD era songs, there was some great stuff there.

I liked the original version of Silkworms over Absurd, but better to put it out than not.

I like the video.  It looks like a functional and professional band.  A well oiled machine.

And my god, one happy band too, huh?  You ever seen so many smiles from Axl in 3 minutes and 44 seconds?

Oh that was so much better.   :D  Axl's vocals come through clearly.  It was Dizzy's piano solo I liked.

Glad they used footage from the latest leg of the tour, Axl has slimmed down and I dig his new outfit with the shiny pants.

He used to wear such diverse and modern looking clothing on the UYI tour, IDK what changed but I don't think the cowboy boots and jeans suit him.

So happy we’re out of the hat and sun glasses period.


And I have to say the cinematography here is great, and the level of detail in these shots is amazing. Wonder what camera / lens combo they went with.

Do you think they did all this shooting just for this video or could there be a concert film style doc covering the reformation? That’d be pretty interesting.

I think the days of big budget cinematic videos like Estranged and November Rain are gone. Not complaining though, live footage videos look amazing and they can be put together pretty quickly at a fraction of the cost.

Not necessarily. What cost a fortune back in the day tends to be a fair bit cheaper now. So maybe not "big budget" but cinematic, sure. You can only do so many live footage music videos after all.

One idea for Guns, something along the lines of Johnny Cash's video for his Hurt cover. Kind of a look back over the years. That could be interesting, to see how much the band has changed over time.

I'm liking the song a lot better from the video.  Maybe I clicked on the wrong thing when I first heard that garbled mess on the release.

Yes the video for 'Yesterdays' did that with the old pics of the band. This new one reminds me of the 'Paradise City' video with the black & white behind the scenes and live concert footage. Seeing them perform is really how I like seeing them anyway.

I just saw them play perhaps last night in Chicago.  Live, it is so much better, st least to me. It’s actually great.
