Here Today... Gone To Hell!

Hey Everyone,

What is your predictions for when the new G N' R album will be released??  I say if it don't come out this year, then maybe July 2007....the 20th anniversary of AFD, the greatest album of all time!

i thought late 2002, then mid 2003, then late 2003, then early 2004. now i've given up.

my prediction is GnR don't show at RIR. band members quit. album is scrapped.

I said Thanksgiving '03.

Yeah, I know what you guys mean......i remember when i was a senior in hs in '99 when Axl did the mtv interview and said  it was supposed to come out in 2000.  But he can't just scrap the entire album...he's been working on it since like 1996!  If he has like 80 songs he should come out with a album every year for the next seven years..........

I'm whipped just trying to think about it anymore. So I don't. I thought for sure it would be out last xmas, or thanksgiving. I will buy it when it comes, but I'm not excited anymore. :'(

well, if they don`t show up in RiR then I will really lose my faith in CD coming out. I will try to forget GNR like I did in 1995. That damn VMA performance made me become a fan again. I hate it.

Agree with you. I'm tired first of promises then of no promises, no-shows, member's side-projects... I think I'll just live and buy it whenever it comes out.

It will be released but I don't know if soon is the word.   ;) ::)

CD will be out when it comes out,maybe it will never come out,who knows.I am tired of waiting.

June 2004.  Right after Axl tears it up at RIR4, you'll see.  Just like Robin Finck's webmaster said. "Robin is looking forward to playing RIR4 w/ Guns N' Roses."

I'm not really expecting an album too much - been there done that for the last few years lol

Portugal is all i am counting on at the moment lol and that is fine by me.

My only thought about CD is to do with the fans really.  
Just from a general point of view from being a member here for a few years.  I think alot of fans won't be ready for CD.  I think those of us who like artists to challenge us and try new things- will love it. I think it's going to be a fantastic journey of styles and ideas.

 But my feeling is if you haven't  liked the songs you have heard from Oh my god to The Blues, then i don't really understand what you are expecting.  Because AFD 2 is not on the way.  I think it's really going to blow people's minds and change their opinion one way or another - i personally can't wait, i believe in you Axl ;-)  


It would be funny if theres some kind of collage of all the bull shit that's been said about him on the message  boards, a way of getting his own back lol

I`m thinking GNR will show at RNR4, weather or not Buckethead shows up i don`t know (i sure hope so  : ok: ) - I`m also thinking we`ll get to hear possibly 3 or 4 new songs. So... i think CD will be released about 2 months after RNR4 and we would have heard about 60% of the album already in live from  ;)

I can't believe the day has come.....but I really don't care anymore.

Velvet Revolver will deliver in May so new Gn'R material is on the way.

I'll say September 2004 for CD.
