I only thought of it because of estranged33 pics recently posted in the 'rare axl pics' thread. As much as I would love to discover 'hidden clues' as to the fate of CD, I don't actually believe they exist. Earlier poster had it correct, this character means "wild". Mandarin pronunciation is ye, third tone. There are 4 tones in Mandarin Chinese. I have bought some pirated cds over here of GNR.? The chinese is qiang yu meigui. Direct translation is guns and roses. Don't know how to input a jpeg otherwise I would post direct, doesn't seem to work.
