it's between strong and medium, with lyrics it could be very powerfull. Doesn't remind me of Slash at all but far more of Jimmy Page. Really nice, well done! You've got great chops man! Good wah work as well

Axl reference in it saying "this is a brand new song, rio 2001" was funny.   : ok:

i was in a band for 4 yrs in nyc. we got pretty far in the industry, but we needed normal lives and the clock was ticking...we were getting older....we had to abandon it. but we played a few places gnr once played, like cbgbs, continental, limelight,  trees in dallas (slash played there the week before we played there)....we won some major contests....we were finalists in the john lennon songwriting contest two years in a row.......at that point, i was only playing for about 2 yrs or so.....we were signed to a major entertainment attorney in nyc, i cant mention his name but you'd know him if u were in the industry. he was shopping us out to europe, b/c the sound was MUCH more european sounding then US rock...we got some bites from record labels, but the deal wasn't sweet enough, and we left it. we're all basically living good, normal lives now with careers.

i tried to do with that band what everyone was saying axl was doing with gnr in the late 90s and early 2000s.....it was a mix of rock with industrial/electronica/dance/techno/hard rock......kinda like nin meets garbage......melodic vocals, very catchy, over layered, powerful hard rock with effected leads and dance beats....plenty of synth and soundscape filling in between the gnr/zepp guitars.

i always felt my lead was my weakness, glad u liked this!
