It's a diff. mix, without the BH parts. It's supposedly an earlier version, but it sounds like all the same parts to me. 

Well, he has a little over 6 hours left before GNR play Rio, wonder if we will see something before Rio like he promised. I doubt it but it would be nice.

They're not really new. It's older versions of TWAT and I.R.S that leaked. They are from before Buckethead was in the band. So from around 1999 or early 2000.

IRS sounds like it could be newer as the lyrics are being sung in a less mashed up kinda way. Just because Buckethead is not present does not automatically make the mix older. It could be newer. It could simply be as old as the original leak and just just a different edit.

Addition: On There was a Time, someone said it was the same vocal track over a different backing track. The vocal track while being alot clearer is also being sung different, same lyrics just sung slightly different towards the end.

would confirm somewhat that the leaks were a deliberate marketing strategy
