im really into the looks of this one, but it is so damned cheap! and yes, i know the scratches...
does anyone know if it is anygood?

i have like twice the money to use so should i just get a Fender Jazz Bass Aerodyne? really like the looks on the Kramer though

I dunno, I dont think it is worth the 350 with all those scratches.

Isn't the Aerodyne a chambered body(has holes in it) to make it lighter?  Duff got one and had the chambers filled(with what it didn't say) or had one made out of solid wood.  Is weight an issue?  Tone?  Too bad you can't play it before you buy it.

aah.. THAT explains something... cuz i heard some dude talk shit about it and didnt realy said why, but i figured, duff uses it, so it HAS to be good..

but it looks so damn good!

Don't let the price scare you.  I got my black Jazz Bass Special for under $400.  It was scratched all over;but, I knew that I was gonna play it not frame it.  If I was that worried about the paint job; I'd get it repainted.

oh.. it is a 700rbII? haha... have that one myself.. somehow i got it to be a backline! haha! it rocks dude! i have 4X10 and 1X15 trace Elliot cab's, and i can hardly stand think when im turning it up! its that loud! damn! hehe


thanks for your help on the aerodyne...

im also cocidering a Music Man S.U.B... how are the necks on those?thin/thick? anywaone?
 i havent played one yet, but ill take a trip tp the closest music shops and try out some sheit...

Why care about scratches? It's still gonna sound the same.  You want it, buy it.

If it sucks, sell it again.

Never played a Music Man; so I wouldn't know.  "If it feels good to you...", seems to be the rule of thumb.
