Title: Merry Christmas from Dizzy!
Post by: LIGuns on November 18, 2009, 01:48:29 PM
"Amazing Grace: The Best of Christmas Piano Music" is a solo piano exploration of traditional Christmas carols, performed by renowned musician Dizzy Reed. Best known for his long and ongoing tenure as the keyboardist for GUNS N' ROSES, Dizzy is an accomplished pianist with deep-rooted musicianship. This recording is a return to his beginnings as a musician, when Dizzy learned Christmas carols from his grandmother on the family organ. Played with remarkable sensitivity, a delicate touch, and a few splashes of rock 'n' roll power, this collection of performances is a perfect addition to your holiday season.

"Amazing Grace: The Best of Christmas Piano Music" is a production of Inner Splendor Media, a recording company that specializes in pure, simple, elemental and beautiful music found all over the world. "The Best of Christmas Piano Music" is the one of two new collections of Christmas music released by the company in late 2009.

Yes, I saw that , but on this link:

http://www.emusic.com/album/Inner-Splendor-Celtic-Christmas-Music-Amazing-Grace-The-Best-of-Christmas-Piano-Music-F-MP3-Download/11696367.html

It's written:

01 - Joy to The World - Feat. Dizzy Reed (From Guns N' Roses) On the Piano

13 - Little Drummer Boy - A Piano Improvisation With Dizzy Reed from Guns N' Roses

Why would they mention his name on only a couple of tracks if he was performing on the whole album?

That's what got me confused. No need to get all bitchy.

It's not being nasty.

Do you know how often people ask something that's been posted on the previous, or even same, page?

Yeah I do :D  Probably wears on you after a while.  Tough job you have here.  Just wanted to let you know, I appreciate all you do.

Someone told me the other day they met you in person.  They thought you were nice.  I don't think you would have expected that from this person.  At one time, people would have thought you two were in competition.  Anyway, just wanted to let you know there's two people out here who recognize all your hard work and wish you well.  Merry Christmas.
