Has anyone seen the long Da Vinci Code trailer in the UK?

At the end of that there is literally a couple of seconds of music, which sounds pretty similar to You Could Be Mine, and from the one listen a few days ago pretty similar to the pre-Axl part of this supposed leak.

I have been channel hopping for a while but the bleeding trailer hasn't come on since. Not saying its true either, its probably just A-Ha.

A little theory/speculation on the new leak'Checkmate'.....The song title may not even be 'Checkmate'...Someone simply with
a vendetta against Axl (perhaps the guy who leaked all the latest tracks)  is putting this out,

I heard new leaks were going to come, but they were supposed to arrive like two weeks ago, I have no clue where this clip came from or if that is the correct title of the song.

i noticed the end of the da vinci code soundtrack trailer on tv.

was only a very small clip and only seen it once but was one of those moments when my ears pricked up and i got a bit excited/hopefully that it could just possibly of been gnr.

I know when its axl and when its not. I was one of the only people to say it was not axl on the my fave pillow song. You can just tell, and that clip is def axl

Some bits do sound a lot like Axl other bits could be someone who just sounds like him, it's hard to tell. I'm leaning towards saying it is Axl but it does sound quite old.

maybe the clean version sounds like him.....but this low-quality version just isn't crisp enough to tell.

i love "the blues"....and even the more modern stuff (like "chinese democracy" and "madagascar") still has that gnr feel too it...this song, however, just sounds like some mediocre grunge band.

It sounds kinda "old", if it's from the CITR sessions then it's from 6 or 7 years ago. Isn't CITR from 2000 or something like that? I'm assuming that since Brian May said it's his guitar on it, and it was in 2000 that he said he had been in the studio with Axl

It sounds kinda like him but theres a tone in his voice that doesn't fit.  It may sound a bit like him but the melody and tone that Axl takes doesn't fit. 

Then again, maybe Axl has changed/mixed it up a bit.

It doesn't sound like Guns N Roses, but it sounds like Axl for the most part.  The way he sings it is similar to some stuff on Illusions so it's not a stretch.  The closest thing this has to Axl's singing is in silkworms

Man, I can't believe the way some people complain. Oh no- Axl has a tone in his voice that doesn't fit! I would think people would be happy that he's even still making music. Why do people assume that their taste in music is better than Axl Rose's, or that they know better about what tone he should have in his voice than he does? Damn.
