Most of the soundboards from 2002 didn't take a long time to surface, I think only a few months after the tour if I'm not mistaken. Like I said before, how could they have come from the riot? Its not like the tech guys keeps the whole tour on cds at the soundboard, if they were kept anywhere it would on the trucks where all the equiptment is stored. I guess this time round its a different crew, one that probably has explicit orders not to let any of the recordings out! There is definitly one 2006 show out there, someone posted about 30 seconds of a soundboard Madagascar about 2 weeks ago!
