Hello, this is Ticketmaster Customer Service with an important alert for your order for the Friday, October 20, 2006 performance of Guns N' Roses scheduled at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. Unfortunately, due to changes associated with production, floor seating is now general admission.

Due to this change in seating we would like to give you the opportunity to exchange your floor reserved seat for a club reserved seat in the arena, or exchange your tickets for general admission tickets on the floor, or obtain a full refund, minus any ticketFast or UPS delivery fees. There will be no seating available on the floor.

In order to take advantage of this offer, you must reply to this email NO LATER THAN deadline FRIDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2006, BY 12 NOON EASTERN TIME and include your daytime telephone number and Ticketmaster order confirmation number in order for a customer service representative to contact you.

If you do not contact us and/or we are not able to reach you by telephone on or before Friday, October 13, 2006, BY 12 NOON EASTERN TIME, then we will send you new tickets that will be valid for general admission (standing room only) for the Guns N' Roses concert at Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena on Friday, October 20, 2006 at 8:00pm.  Please note, every ticket has a unique bar code and that of your original tickets will be invalidated and not be valid for entry.  If you request reserved seating or general admission (standing room only) tickets, Ticketmaster will be sending you new tickets with a new barcode which will grant you entry into the event.

We regret that we were not able to provide you with the seating you ordered. We really appreciate your business and hope you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

I don't know what to do, get general admission since I guess its just first come first serve as relation to the stage or get the club seat. I want to be as close to the fucking stage though.

stick with the GA! I dont understand why a rock concert would have seating upfront. When I saw Guns in 02 I had 2nd row floor seats and the seats didnt do anything but allow you to sit down during CKY, and Mix Master Mike. Everyone was standing during the whole Guns performance. You also have a much better chance at getting up close this way. If you want up front just show up early and get in front of the line, you can also hook up with a few board members, to help secure you a good place at the show. Make friends and show some respect and you will have a amazing time.

shit man i'm the odd man out... i've been to GA shows in small places.... And although its good, way to crowded, possibilty of dickheads, standing forever, and having to worry about bathroom/beer break then getting a shitty place... just sucks the seats are no longer... ?

Got the same e-mail for here in San Diego yesterday. Although we've known it was switched to GA since they went on sale to general public. Only people through the pre-sale got floor seets......now have to get new tix.

Found out a few days ago about this while cking ticketmasters website.

I feel the same way you do. I had 14th row floor seats for me & my wife that I got in the pre sale.

Being able to chill and have a beer or 2 between sets without losing my spot is a plus for me. No way would my wife be able to handle a GA atmosphere. We are both 33, so call us old farts!

I ended up exchanging my tickets for club seats which are actually not that far from my originals, pretty happy with the seats I got. Although Ticketfucker charged me $5.00 more per ticket after pulling this & would not explain why.
