I understand that you may not have enough raw footage but for me personally when using footage from other gigs it really takes me out of it when watching. Sorry to shit on it cause I know a lot of work goes into these. For example, the last gig of the tour was filmed by one or two guys and it is not complete.
In the other hand, everytime you see an "official" live video it is made with footage from several shows so, i think it is not a bad choise if you want to see something close to how things would be if the band decided to be less lazy about promoting what they do.
