I downloaded some time ago Sweet Child O'Mine as performed by the new GnR as played at the end of the film Big Daddy. Yet on the Big Daddy sound track the only verion of Sweet Child O'Mine is performed by Sheryl Crowe. Is there a full studio version of Sweet Child O'Mine performed by the new GnR, as the version i have appears to start half way though the song and ends ok and sounds very different from the version on AFD.

Yeah the New GN'R bit is at the end of the song where it starts "Where do we go now". That is because of the lawsuits with S&D again and I dont think they would let him have an entire song, which was written by the old band, performed by the new band with the same name without getting any credit for it.
