If you're not a rock star - at least act like one

DDM is my favorite Gn'R song (probably behind SCOM but...), everything in it is perfect.? Plus putting it right after Garden of Eden (another favorite) and a couple songs before Coma (another favorite) makes the end of UYI1 such a great part.

If it weren't for Bad Apples, You Ain't the First, and Live and Let Die Use Your Illusion 1 would be my favorite Gn'R album.

I agree with that last comment - my 3 least fav songs from the album too

I prefer Live and let die over Garden of eden, other than that I agree.

The riff of Don't damn me is great, but somehow the song lacks something. I don't know what.

And Bad Apples is one of my favourite GN'R tracks.? ok

Sound effects?  a drum machine?

No way. To tell the truth I think the vocal melodies could have been better.  Lips Sealed

Speaking of Dave Lank, wasn't he and Paula Huges suppose to start a project together?

I remember reading this somewhere but never heard  if anything materialized afterwards.

i think the main riff... was wriiten by dave lank axl worte the lyrics and then slash reworked the song and wrote ?a new intro, the solo and maybe the outro...
remember the song was complete before slash came in GNR....
