Through my gig going career the only Souvenirs I have amassed are the usual gig tickets, photos and posters stolen from inside the venue.

A friend of mine caught Matt Sorum's drumstick at the June VR gig and another caught 9 picks from an Alter Bridge gig, including a Mark Tremonti "Creed" plectrum interestingly enough plus a setlist.

This thread is basically to show off what bits and bobs you've managed to catch or steal from gigs you've attended  Smiley

Mostly ticket stubs

I caught Kirk Hammett's pick in Buffalo

My son caught a guitar pick when he was 7 at Def Leppard.

Yes Bro!!!  yes

I was at Steven Adlers show, at Paladinos  in Tarzana, Ca , its a small club, and i was at a side of the stage (it was a small club , really cool tho) and i  couldnt believe i met his brother , his mom, and i met him , he was really cool and nice, i've got my AFD booklet signed by him, so when the band started playing, at the 3 song, Steven Adler stood up and went to the mic to say somethin and i tried to shake his hand and he gave me his broken drum stick!!  and the he shaked my hand, it has been the most increidble experience in myy life, ill never forget it! at the end of the concert i tried to get backstage but was impossible, i waited for him outside the club, but henever went out, anyway i took a pictures with the lead guitar of the band. really nice guy too!  thats all folks   beer

I know some of u think , that he is a loser or shit, but let me tell ya, STeven Adler CAN play the drums, he rocks, HE looked sooo happy sitting on his drumkit, it was like seeing a 4 year old boy in a toy store, it was an experience. another thing that was great to witness is that every single fucker in that club knew  Gn'R lyrics, word by word, that was AWESOME! I have been in so many concerts here in America, and trust me American crowd sucks! or at least most of them, i remember when i went to see Judas Priest and a guy right behind me was sitting on his chair text messagin while judas was blastin Painkiller, trust me!! i coouldnt fuckin believe it!!!! another was when  i saw Dream Theater a guy in front of me was SLEEPING n his seat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shit why would someone pay a ticket to do that!???  I know Mr. Dick Purple would have given his right  ball to be there , you know and that fucker sleeping , come on!! How can we expect GNR touring america??? rant   anyway, i have seen a lot of stupid shit round here.

rock on! beer

Here's a funny story with Adler's Appetite (when it was still a band, even a tribute band, but with good musicians)...

We were at this town in northern Greece called Alexandroupoli.

This club could hold 400 people and only 80 showed up. Noone was in front of the stage and suddenly Adler throws 2 drum sticks so he could get people near the stage.

So the sticks fall on the floor and noone goes to grab them. They were there for like 15 minutes until some guy from my town went and took them.

About 30 minutes later, 2 guys are in front of the stage headbanging and the band is doing Knockin On Heaven's Door. Jizzy has reached the part where he lets the crowd sing and he goes:

"You 2 in front of the stage, sing..."  rofl

Watching all this from backstage was simply hilarious, but tragic for the band. Thank God the next 2 gigs were amazing with lots of people...

I got a Stone Temple Pilots pick from Purple tour, Slash pick from Snakepit '95 tour (plus autograph and GREAT photos), Faith no more pick and autograph, White Zombie pick  (am I offically "pick girl"??!!!) and some set lists (early manics and suede).  Got lucky catching Slash and the Faith no more (Billy's) ones but STP and White zombie were lying on the floor after the gigs ended.
