When all is said and done, we're not the only ones

Mysteron, when the Hammerstein shows went down, was there any mention of future forum member pre-sales?  Wink

I've seen them in 02 & 06, and quite frankly, I'm going again no matter what the set list is...mainly because I didn't take the lady last time and she wants/needs a Guns fix.  Oh, and I love to see Axl do the one leg hop dance.  F'n sweet.

Bitches leave

I cannot begin to express how big a mistake it will be to initiate a tour of the United States without an announcement regarding a single/album release. Are they touring on the backs of the leaks? What exactly does the media make of this if there remains a vaccum of information. The lessons learned from 2002 should clearly be understood: with a new line up of players, GnR cannot consistantly fill up arenas without material to promote. It didn't happen in 2002, why exactly would it suddenly work this time?

Frankly I am a bit distressed at the situation. At the very least, package up IRS and stick that out as a radio single. Get the promotion machine going. No new material on the radio=big marketing mistake. If we thought the critics in Europe  were harsh, just wait. There are N permutations of mick wall just waiting to exit an American GnR show at the first technical delay, full review in hand.

I find that i'm far more powerful and effective when i can celebrate another's way, rather than to wish to own it.
