Why in Gods name would you book a concert and close it off at 11 pm? I was at the Rascal Flatts concert two weeks ago and it went to 12, so this guys is totally wrong.. if a pop-country band can go till 11 30 or 12, then Guns N Fuckin roses can go till 1 AM..
Can I get an  Amen?

Was gonna get updates from jbenzz tonight but his phone is being weird. He tried sending me an email with a picture though and it worked so he's gonna try and send me pictures tonight, I think.

We're getting updates from the ROV people right?

Hey, I'm not saying it's going to happen.  I'm just saying that's what's been reported.  I was at the 2002 show and am well aware of when GNR came on stage.  I'm just saying that at the Velvet Revolver show they were quite adament that the show had to end at 11:00.  I just wanted to make sure that no one missed anything on the off chance that GNR starts earlier than usual as they did a few times during the European tour.  I don't plan on leaving the Aramadillo till after 10:00.

Cheers,

Andrew

I've been to many concerts @ the ACC and they've all gone past 11PM. I'm aiming to be there for 10:30PM.

I work with one of the guys who ushers at the ACC an an evening job, he said that they were given a 10:30 on stage time for GNR but it could be later depending on their mood and all but the show is expected to run way past 11, GNR will pay a fine for playing later and breaking curfew but i suppose thats what the 85.00 platinum tickets and floors are to cover!

Guns N' Roses Will Play 2 Hours Tonight in Toronto, Despite Curfew Rules

By Newsferatu, Writer
Wednesday, November 15, 2006 @ 12:33 AM

Band To Absorb Any Fines

BW&BK is reporting tonight's GNR show in Toronto will go the distance, fines or no fines:

In spite of the standard 11 PM curfew at the Air Canada Centre, Guns N' Roses will take the stage tonight (November 15th) at 10:30 PM and perform a 2-hour set. Any fines inflicted on the band for breaking the venue's curfew will be absorbed by the band.

The schedule for tonight's show is as follows: 8 PM - DIE MANNEQUIN (Toronto), 9:10 PM - SEBASTIAN BACH, 10:30 PM - GUNS N' ROSES.

SUICIDE GIRLS, self-described as "The Most Dangerous Burlesque Tour In The World", will hit the stage during the set change from Die Mannequin to Sebastian Bach.

In related news, in regards to the release of the band's long-awaited Chinese Democracy album (rumored to be available next week), Universal Music Canada has stated, "We have no indication that a Guns N' Roses record will be released this year."

I think we can rule out next week, unless GN'R management REALLY has a hold on the ENTIRE music community.  November is out, December is in.
