Chris Pitman actually is an actor.  He was in an episode of Farscape, an old science fiction TV show.  He had a small part.  I'm not sure if he even had any lines. 

If anyone in the band could play all the roles, it would be Pitman.

Stephen Dorff ... Axl

Dorff's getting up there in age to play young Axl, but their resemblences are uncanny and I think Dorff is an underrated actor who would pull it off well. Someone mentioned Eddie Furlong and I actually don't think that's a bad idea. As far as him playing the role, I have no doubt he could do it (or perhaps could have). I'm a fan of Furlong's, I think his own demons sidetracked any major carreer he might have had, and at this stage he's gained just a bit too much weight and other physical things to pull it off. Duff perhaps, but Duff's too tall hihi
