Not unless there's a release date.

So, no.  I seriously doubt they'll be playing the VMAs.  ...But, I was surprised when Axl was a presenter last year, so who knows.

i think that GNR were asked to perform at the VMAs last year but axl declined..and they just asked him to present and he probably didnt mind doing that.
