Im certain Always On The Run will be played at these shows. Will Slash join Lenny's band for it or wil Lenny join Guns 'N' Roses for it?
I'll be at at least one of the shows that have Lenny opening. I've seen him live, recently and in the 90s. He's great.

TURNABOUT : FAIR PLAY

As for Lenny, I don't dislike him.  Just find him a bit overrated.  How many great songs does he really have?

That said, killed it at the Paris PPV.

at the end of the day, it wouldnt matter who they picked... someone would be unhappy.

I personally think its a pretty good choice, considering the history Lenny has with Slash and the band..

Id sure as shit rather hear lenny than MK & conspirators - slash or the the cult...

Just my personal preference in regards to those 3.

I tell you what.. i just had an idea.... if Guns get out to OZ in January, id like to see Silverchair Open for them.... Frogstom and freak are great albums.. and aussie fans would eat that up.

Never been a big fan, but there's no denying the man is a class act.  A good showman, too.

Very excited about this,  I've always enjoyed his music.  I saw him in 2005 and he was excellent.  Talk about getting a headliner for an opener, this is great!

I always wondered about this....I think Lenny was way bigger in Europe than he was in the USA. In Europe he has had many hits, and I am actually pretty jealous you guys get him to open....

Always On The Run, Mama Said, Let Love Rule, I Belong To You, Rock N Roll is Dead, Again, The Chamber, American Woman, Are You Gonna Go My Way?, It Ain't Over Till It's Over, Fly Away, Black Velveteen.....These were all hits in the 90's and 00's here in Europe....and are pretty good songs IMO. I hope he travels to Europe with them  peace

Those were all hits here in the states too, he has had a hell of a career thus far.  He is also a very unique artist, his material crosses over several genre's.  I saw him once, he was excellent.  I admit I haven't checked out his recent records but now I definitely will make a point to do that in preparation for the two Met-life shows.

I have tickets for the 16th of July in Toronto. Both Alice in chains and the cult have other commitments on that date. Only Lenny seems to have the open schedule.  Maybe Lenny will join the tour sooner. I'd be comfortable with just Guns playing. More time to play more songs.

Lenny would be my first choice out of those 3. Alice In Chains would be second.
