Duff described the song as almost death-metal like and he's not far off with that description!

If you can picture the ex-GN'R guys playing death metal, thats what Negative Creep sounds like.
It's a b-side on the Aussie Slither single along with Bodies (Live). Both b-sides are well worth the purchase.
