For the many times, we discussed about Slash VS Buckethead. What if we could discuss about Slash VS guitarists from entire world.

First round, I think it could be someone from Slash backyard, that is Joe Perry from Aerosmith.

If it about Matt Sorum, perhaps

Matt VS Simon Philips, amazing drumer. He recorded with many several artists(from Pete Twonsend, through Mike Oldfield, Judas Priest to MICK JAGGER, also soundtracs and solo carrier).

Fuckin' what? Slash vs Hendrix? Those guys played 2 different kinds of blues altogether! Bad comparison.

Slash vs. Brad Whitford (Aerosmith)
Matt vs. Chad Smith (RHCP)

Why Whitford?  I didn't see much from him. Explain, please and who would win?

If it comes to Joe Perry VS Slash...hm...

Slash made more riffs that I realy love, thought I also like Perry.
Slash plays better I guess(I mean solos and the rythm, he has more soul to it).

Thought Perry is better artist, 'cause he's style was changing over the years(compare Nine Lives to Pump to Get A grip).

So Slash wins.

In the second competition, well, I thought You will tell me something more, 'cause I saw only one thing from Simon Philips, it was he's solo at Zijdjan Days, but he was so fuckin amazing, that I couldn't believe any human beign can do something like that. Comparing it Matt(who I like as a drumer)solo from UYI, it was like something to nothing. So Philips wins!

That's Crazy Grohl's drumming alone is better then Sorum's. He has a wide range and has worked with alot of great bands. Not mention His guitar and singing ability.

Dave Grohl would be against someone like Don Henley.

Well, I?ll go from one to one:

Slash vs  Joe Perry-Slash, my fav guitar.And although I really like Joe?s plaing, some of his solo are like....dunno.....not-my-taste I would say.While I havent found 1 signgle solo that isnt my taste (counting all, Gn?R, Velvet Revolver and Slash?s Snakepit 1 and 2)

Slash vs Jimmi Hendrix-Cant say....Jimmi recolutioned guitar playing while Slash played in a rock standar (I?m not saying not original, no no) way.It stays there nobody wins
Slash vs Brad Whitford-Slash wins again.Sme thing as with Joe (although I think Brad plays better than Joe), I dont like his solos as much as I like Slash?s

Why Whitford?  I didn't see much from him. Explain, please and who would win?

Slash would win, but Brad kicks ass!Listen to some of his solos they are awsome.And if u can see the guitar jam on The Making Of Pump video, Joe plays mostbut his parts are really cool.

And I dont know much about drummers bur heres my opinion:

Matt vs Dave-Dave,  simplier but much more POWERFOOL.I love when I see hiting his frums so hard and emotionaly.

Matt vs Ringo- Matt, hands down.Ringo in my opinion, is a shity drummer, never really liked his playing (although I love the Beatles)
